Today I want to introduce you to another popular business model for making money online – selling products. There are two main categories of products being sold on the Internet. The first (which I won’t get into detail over today), is the selling of physical goods such as Electronics, Clothing, Stationary, etc. Then there’s the selling of information or information products (as many people on the Internet refer to it).

But on the Internet, Information is Free isn’t it?

Well to some extent that may be true and for simple things like finding out the weather and the daily news, yes, you can find good information for free. But think about when you actually want to learn about something in detail. How many times have you gone online only to find yourself sifting through numerous websites that provide you with useless information, advertisements, and just more and more links to other websites?  Yes, it’s frustrating. To put it simply - people will pay for information if they’re getting good value and if the information covers what they’re looking to learn about.
